1. Beauty product you couldn’t live without?

This has to be lipstick—so much so, I actually don’t feel dressed without it, or ready to face the world. Indeed, such is my love of lippie—even when I’m all ‘leathered-up’ to ride tandem on the back of hubbies’ motorbike and banned from carrying anything, I’ll still squirrel a lipstick into the inside pocket of my bike jacket in case the need arises!

2. Fav online shopping website?

It used to be Etsy because I liked the fact I was supporting artisans and getting one-off and unique items. However, the lustre has worn off a little now, as it seems everyone else has jumped on the same bandwagon! I’ve since moved through The Iconic, ASOS, and am currently liking notonthehighstreet for the time being.

3. Current obsession?

Does it have to be singular? If I had to choose one, it would be moissanite diamonds—aka the ethical diamond. Rings are a current “need” of mine.

4. Coffee, tea or drinks?

Double ristretto please, served in a teeny glass with an ice cube.

5. Your top health and wellness tip?

No alcohol: you sleep better, think better, and weight falls off without even trying.

1. Beauty product you couldn’t live without?

The Avène Tolérance Extrême range for highly sensitive skin (including cleanser and lotion). This range has been a lifesaver for my easily irritated, rebellious skin.

I think if you’ve got beautiful, fresh, radiant skin as a foundation for your beauty routine, then you don’t really need much else to enhance it – just a light slick of lippie and/or mascara.

2. Fav online shopping website?

The Iconic! Great brands, fast shipping and free returns. 👌

3. Current obsession?

Poke bowls! I literally look for these on the menu of every restaurant I go to now. It’s a perfect mixture of all of my favourite healthy foods in the one bowl. In fact, I’m craving one right now!

4. Coffee, tea or drinks?

Coffee is my addiction… but tea is a pleasure and there are so many lovely varieties to enjoy.

5. Your top health and wellness tip?

Drink lots of water, get a good night’s sleep, and make time to pamper yourself once in a while.

1. Beauty product you couldn’t live without?

Eyebrow pencil. I pulled out most of my eyebrows in the 1990s – which is very sad because they used to be lovely and thick – and while they’ve grown back a bit, there’s lots of sparse and bald patches. I don’t feel dressed without filling them in! My current fave is L’Oreal Brow Artist Shaper, in Brunette.

2. Fav online shopping website?

ModCloth. Lots of lovely vintage-style clothes – for a variety of different body shapes – as well as gorgeous quirky shoes, accessories and homewares.

3. Current obsession?

Fallout 4. I’ve been a fan of the video game series for years and I am obsessed with building my own little settlements.

4. Coffee, tea or drinks?

I’m the last coffee drinker in Australia who still doesn’t have a pod machine. I’m trying to reduce my consumption and I’m down to two or three cups of instant a day now.

5. Your top health and wellness tip?

Keep out of the sun and always wear sunscreen!

1. Beauty product you couldn’t live without?

Swisspers Face Wipes for sensitive skin – LIFE SAVER!

Makes life SO much easier when going between work and the gym, as well as late nights it helps to be able to just wipe it all off without having to get all wet and cold!

2. Fav online shopping website?

You could guess this – The Iconic. For obvious reasons.

Sweet potato chips… yum!

3. Current obsession?

This is currently ALWAYS – but obsessed with sweet potatoes. Also really into Greens Powder [supplement] atm.

4. Coffee, tea or drinks?

Coffee, for sure. Unquestionable.

5. Your top health and wellness tip?

Just try and keep the balance! I try to eat foods that are as close to their natural state as possible, as well as try to steer away from processed foods and added sugar as often as I can. I find it works better for me, especially with all my tummy troubles, but I’m a sucker for blueberry muffins and fruit cakes!! I can’t be bothered to get too caught up in it. As for fitness: walk, run, jump, swim… just keep moving. You’ll always feel better for it.

1. Beauty product you couldn’t live without?

Cetaphil cleanser.

2. Fav online shopping website?

Toilet paper, coffee, pet food – scheduled deliveries at regular intervals help me ‘set & forget’ stuff like this and simplify my life.

3. Current obsession?

Facebook neighbourhood swap/sell/pay it forward groups – a great way to avoid buying new stuff and find good homes in my local area for things I no longer want/need.

4. Coffee, tea or drinks?

Almond milk is a popular choice for vegans and those who are allergic or intolerant to dairy.

Black tea in the morning (I’ve been drinking it since I was two years old) and one almond milk cappuccino after 10am and before 12pm – I can’t drink coffee after midday or I can’t get to sleep that night.

I’ve also cut down on drinking alcohol (except for social occasions or with dinner on the weekend) in June this year and feel so much better for it!

5. Your top health and wellness tip?

Get enough sleep – I aim for at least 8 hours each night.

1. Beauty product you couldn’t live without?

Vaseline Intensive Care. My 3 daughters and I use it every day on our bodies to keep our skin moisturised. I haven’t changed moisturisers in 25 years!

2. Fav online shopping website?

None.

3. Current obsession?

Acai crushes every morning, yum! (Acai sachet, blueberries, raspberries, coconut water, banana, strawberries, mango, Nutri bullet, LSA)

4. Coffee, tea or drinks?

Nescafe Kazaar, max 2 shots per day

5. Your top health and wellness tip?

Sounds a bit corny, but honestly…I set out every day to fill my tummy with raw, natural, clean foods that I enjoy eating. I focus on quality, not quantity. I eat until I am full and don’t attempt any latest and greatest food fad. I like me, accept myself (the good and the bad), laugh and relax with my family and friends, and am thankful for everything I have, I don’t focus on what I don’t or can’t have!

1. Beauty product you couldn’t live without?

Mascara. Having very fair features, I prefer to have some definition around the eyes.

2. Fav online shopping website?

eBay. I love being able to search in a targeted way for what I’m after, and getting a bargain, and diverting an item from landfill!

3. Current obsession?

I’m looking for a particular model of handbag by Fossil. I already have one and I’m wearing it out as it’s perfect.

4. Coffee, tea or drinks?

Strong dark tea, and organic infusions at night. www.lovetea.com.au

5. Your top health and wellness tip?

Work out what helps you feel okay, not what the latest (expensive) food / smoothie / superfood / supplement happens to be.

1. Beauty product you couldn’t live without?

hardtofind, great for some unusual xmas presents.

What’s not to love about kittens?

4. Coffee, tea or drinks?

Oddly enough, decaf coffee is a must to get me started in the morning. I love the routine and it’s time out for me.

5. Your top health and wellness tip?

Water, water, water. My brain and body do not function when I am dehydrated.
